Tensioner Assembly: 88-92F V8This is the tensioner and housing ASSEMBLY .. complete as per factory ready to install. These can run out causing obvious tensioner bearing wear but also in the end cause crank bearing wear etc.. These must be tight & like many other rotating parts.. they simply wear out.
