Sampford Courtenay Warhorse Extra Dry Devon CiderWarhorse Extra Dry Cider Our Warhorse Cider is made to reflect how cider was made in Devon in during the first world war. Made exclusively from the apples grown in the organic orchards on the farm. We press them and then allow the juice to naturally ferment using only the wild yeast from the orchard. The cider is not then filtered like modern cider, but is just racked after fermentation leaving a naturally cloudy fully dry cider.
