Bake Only- 12 x 8" OblongOur bake only cakes are our madeira range which is a light textured cake, a bit heavier than a sponge. They work well with any kind of icing & are firm enough for fondant. 1 week+ notice required please contact us if you need in less than a week. They're the most popular cakes we make & we've been baking them for decades : ) Cakes are around 6 7 cm high, two can be used for a deeper effect. Not suitable for people with food allergies.
